Terms and Conditions
- Terms: These may vary from the definitions shown below, right. Please refer to the charter agreement for the specific terms of WMT (Western Mediterranean Terms). The charter rate includes the hire and insurance of the yacht and moorings at home port, including water and electricity.
- Taxes: Charter rates will be subject to varying rates of VAT within EC waters.
- Agency fees: All charter rates include agency fees.
- Charter Agreement: All charters booked will be confirmed by a charter agreement signed by the charterer and the yacht owner.
- Where rates refer to a week it is for a 7 day charter. Embarkation 16.00hrs first day of charter. Disembarkation 09.00hrs last day.
- Day rates include the services of the hostess.
- Skippers: Prices include skipper for the period returning to home port. Day rates also include hostess.
- Where disembarkation is 09.00hrs the vessel must be on its own mooring no later than 20.00hrs with full fuel tanks the previous day.

Embark: 16.00hrs - Disembark: 09.00hrs
Day charters begin at 10.00hrs and return to berth at 17.00hrs. These times can vary according to level of bookings - please check at time of booking.

*Fuel can be inclusive for day charters and prices will be quoted upon request and they are entirely dependent on the distances to be covered during the day.
Charter Prices
The prices shown are for a 7 night charter. Charters start from 16.00hrs Saturday and Mondays and finish Saturdays and Mondays (see above). The yacht is received with full fuel and water tanks which we ask you to return full at the end of your charter.
Your motor yacht should be returned in a clean and tidy condition with full fuel and water tanks. Any items lost must be reported in detail immediately to the owner. Charters returned late will be liable for charges at twice the charter rate for each day of part day.
Weekend Charters (Saturday-Sunday)
Occasionally weekend charters are available. These are usually at a rate of ⅓ (one third) of that of the weekly season charter. Weekends can only be booked within 4 weeks of your intended charter period. Weekend charters start at 12.00hrs Saturday and finish at 11.00hrs Monday.
Long Weekend Charters (Friday - Monday)
Long weekend charters are sometimes available at a rate of ⅔ (two thirds) of that of the weekly season charter. These charters are limited, contact owner for further details. Long weekend charters start at 16.00hrs Friday and finish at 16.00hrs Monday.
Insurance
Your motor yacht is insured for your use during the charter period. It is mandatory to make your own arrangements for your personal insurance.
Flights
Flights need to be booked well in advance, particularly in high season.
Drugs
It is strictly forbidden to take illegal and/or controlled substances on board unless a medical practitioner has prescribed them specifically for a specific medical condition suffered by a member of your crew. Should the vessel be seized having been found with illegal and/or controlled substances on board brought on by the charterer then the charterer will be personally responsible for unlimited damages, including full legal costs and expenses incurred in regaining possession of the vessel.
Packing
Whilst on board (if not in bare feet) we require you to wear non-marking soft shoes, deck shoes or trainers. Remember to pack a hat and sun cream. Please pack your belongings in a soft collapsible travel bag - no suitcases will be allowed on board. Stowage is limited so please pack sensibly.
Holding Deposit
During our charter we will require a holding deposit equal to 30% of one week's charter. This deposit may be in cash, travellers cheques or a banker's draft and will normally be returned to you within 14 days of the safe return of your vessel.
Bookings and Cancellations
We require a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance of this must be received 8 weeks prior to the charter. A full refund less a £200 administration charge is given for cancellations received in writing up to 12 weeks prior to the charter date. Cancellations made within 12 weeks will only be refunded subject to the re-selling of your charter date, less our administration charge of £200 plus any additional advertising costs required to re-charter the vessel.
